Simulations
-----------

Rarely, simulations have been observed to abort with message: ::

	Assertion failed: (isInt<33>(Addend) && "Invalid page reloc value."), function encodeAddend, file /Users/ci/miniconda3-arm64/envs/numba-builder/conda-bld/llvmdev_1684265191581/work/llvm/lib/ExecutionEngine/RuntimeDyld/Targets/RuntimeDyldMachOAArch64.h, line 210.
	zsh: abort      python3 r.py

This error comes from the LLVM used by the numba library. Its origin is unknown. If this happens, re-start the simulation again.



Data Analysis
-------------

- Occasionally ODE check fails if there exist stiff dynamics

- Occasionally, the evolutionary lineage tree cannot be solved, as the linear programming problem is ill-defined.
