Simulations

Rarely, simulations have been observed to abort with message:

zsh: abort      python3 r.py

This error comes from the LLVM used by the numba library. Its origin is unknown. If this happens, re-start the simulation again.

Data Analysis

  • Occasionally ODE check fails if there exist stiff dynamics

  • Occasionally, the evolutionary lineage tree cannot be solved, as the linear programming problem is ill-defined.
